MemoLeaf Terms of Service

Welcome to MemoLeaf. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are entered into by SimpleAppsDev (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") and individual users (hereinafter referred to as "you") who download, install, and use this mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application. By starting to use the Application, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of these Terms.

1. Service Description

MemoLeaf is an offline theme album management tool. We provide you with photo logical grouping and dynamic templates (baby, romance, travel, etc.) display through URI indexing technology.

  • Offline Nature: The main processing of this Application is completed locally on your device.
  • Indexing Mechanism: The Application accesses the system gallery through URI and will not copy or move your original photo files.

2. Pricing Plan and Pro Version Services

MemoLeaf adopts a "Basic Features Free + Advanced Features One-Time Purchase" business model:

  • Free Version: Supports creating one album, dynamic templates are not supported.
  • Pro Version (One-Time Purchase): You can unlock unlimited album creation and all dynamic templates through a one-time payment.
  • Payment Instructions: All transactions are completed through the Google Play billing system.
  • Refund Policy: Since the Application provides digital goods services, fees after one-time purchase are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or Google Play policy. Please fully try the free version features before upgrading.

3. User Conduct Standards

When using the Application, you shall comply with local laws and regulations and commit to:

  • Not using the Application to store, process, or disseminate illegal or non-compliant information.
  • Not attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the Application.
  • You have legal rights to the photos and related data stored on your device. We are not responsible for disputes regarding ownership of your content.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Application Ownership: All code, UI design, icons, template logic, and the brand name "MemoLeaf" of this Application are intellectual property owned by SimpleAppsDev.
  • User Content: Ownership of photos you organize, comments you write, and tags you create through this Application belongs to you. The Application does not claim any rights to your personal content.

5. Privacy Protection

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. For information about how we handle data (or do not handle your private data), please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

  • Provided As-Is: This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
  • Data Security Risks: Since MemoLeaf is an offline application, all your album configurations and comments are stored locally. If you lose your phone, clear application data, or uninstall the application without backing up, related data will be lost. We are not responsible for any damages caused by data loss.
  • Third-Party Services: The Application relies on underlying systems (Android/iOS) and Google Play services. If some features become unavailable due to operating system upgrades or third-party service changes, we will try our best to fix them but do not assume liability for compensation.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this service at any time.
  • You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Application. Once uninstalled, all MemoLeaf configuration data stored locally will be deleted.

8. Governing Law

The conclusion, validity, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by applicable law. If there is any dispute between the parties regarding the content or execution of these Terms, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
